Leather case containing a letter from Hahnemann and a lock of his hair

Red leather case with metal clasps and lined in red velvet.  This contains a letter in French from Hahnemann.  It is set behind glass and includes a lock of his hair.  The letter states:

Je donne cette boucle de mes cheveux a mon fidèle disciple, Dr Dunsford qu’il obéisse toujours religieusement aux principes sacres de l’homéopathie et Dieu le bénira.  Samuel Hahnemann  à Paris, le 15 Mai 1836

Trans:   I give this lock of my hair to my faithful disciple, Dr Dunsford who always religiously obeys the sacred principles of homeopathy and God will bless him,  Samuel Hahnemann, Paris, 15 May 1836
